davepartner.ai, branded as Bella, provides an AI-powered insurance back-office tool for independent agents, brokers, and General Agencies. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about your data. Questions go to [email protected].
Bella does not accept PHI unless your organization has an executed Business Associate Agreement with us and PHI onboarding has been approved. Until then, do not submit medical details, member IDs, claim data, client documents, or other protected health information. If you need PHI support, review the BAA readiness page before using the product for that workflow.
Bella uses service providers for hosting, storage, email, analytics, payments, AI processing, support, and security operations. PHI may only be processed by vendors that are approved for the specific PHI workflow and covered by appropriate contractual protections, including a BAA where required. Vendors that are not approved for PHI must stay outside the PHI path.
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion or export by emailing support from your account address. Some logs and backups may remain for a limited period as part of normal security and recovery processes.
We use TLS for data in transit, access controls, monitoring, and operational safeguards designed to protect the service. PHI workflows require additional controls such as vendor BAA verification, MFA, audit logging, PHI-safe logging, and backup/incident procedures. See the Security page for current readiness status.
Depending on your location and relationship to us, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal data. Email [email protected] from your account address to make a request.
Bella is a B2B product and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here or communicated through the product where appropriate.
